So my personal experience with ichange. I find the topping up really really troublesome- I have to key in the amount, generate a QR image, save the image to my phone, go to my banking app, import the saved QR image, make payment, go back to ichange app, select the best rate, exchange first and then pay with my Apple Pay. A 5 seconds one step top up with Revolut or YouTrip using my finger now becomes a 2 minute hassle with ichange.
And every time I top up my Touch and Go eWallet, TnG sure ask for OTP, then this SLIDE SMS the OTP abit lag, need to wait up to a minute.
So in conclusion, ichange rates are definitely unbeatable, but a lot of kinks to iron out to make it more user friendly, but ironing out such issues requires time and money, maybe by then rates won’t be as good already.
