Mine no issues.
Physical card still not arrived.
I just put the virtual card into Google Wallet and transact.
For folks that wanna take advantage of their excellent rates ( today 3.539 ! ) but are concerned about their ... stability, can just immediately transfer ringgit to TNG eWallet. Remember to click and exchange Ringgit in iChange first then transfer funds. As long as there is sufficient Ringgit in iChange wallet, the transfer should not touch SGD.
An OTP will be required to approve the transfer.

As of now, it’s been almost 6 weeks and my physical card has yet to arrive. I WhatsApp their customer service they told me to just wait.
Yes, I added their virtual card to my ApplePay, top up money via PayNow, but transaction declined. I tried at a petrol kiosk and a restaurant, ended up my RM100 stuck inside and I had to pay with Revolut ApplePay. I tried topping up with TnG also transaction unsuccessful.
I WhatsApp the customer service again, told me need to use physical card first. So here we are.
End of the day, their rates are better than their competitors but they still have a lot of issues to iron out. I know RM100 isn’t a ton of money but I’ve been using Revolut regularly since 2019 and YouTrip on and off during weekends and I have had almost zero issues (except for a few months back YouTrip system had issues and I topped up a fair bit to pay for mooncake family group buy, end up use Revolut again).
Revolut has changed cards several times from VISA to Mastercard back to VISA and each time the process was very smooth- the app will update when my card was shipped and when it is expected to arrive, usually within ten working days. Meanwhile, I can continue using the old card and the virtual card and their single use card. YouTrip I’m on my second card coz of expiry date, also no issues during the transition except the shipping took a bit longer than Revolut.
