YouTrip malaysia rates no good, even on weekdays.
Shall skip YouTrip already.

Just tried instarem yesterday.
First test top-up of using paynow isn't instant, need write in and chat with support then 2 hours later wallet topped up.

Thinking issue resolved, this morning topped up another amount via paynow and same thing happened, wallet balance not reflected even after an hour.. raised another ticket and awaiting solution again.

Did everything correctly, using qrcode and the fw was auto inserted to payment remarks. Dunno what went wrong. How long is paynow topup usually? And I link a card successfully, but wallet top up is still showing only paynow options.

Linking of Bank account direct or Credit card = ONLY for use with the actual credit card of card amaze.
last i check, Topup of wallet for now only could be via paynow.

And YES, i have feedback this to instarem many time.
Their paynow topup are not instant..

There are times i topup via paynow - about 15mins before wallet show up.
There are times it took up to 4hours..

On Avg, its always about 2 - 3 hour

So for my Instarem account. I usually will set aside an amount (eg:200SGD) in there. when it fall below that amount, i will topup when i free to avoid last min wanna use but wallet not enough.

that is the complain i too have, but since their MYR exchange rate so far are better than youtrip. i just bear with it.

Looks like I'll look at Revolut in the meantime then...

what is youtube? whahaha..

Youtrip vs instarem =
MYR rate = it always Instarem better..
topup speed = Youtrip


I have not use Revolut or ichange before.. Maybe someone can explore and share here.

Oh. So on average is 2 to 3 hours? They should let people know instead of thinking something went wrong with the top ups.... And wasting time trying to fix it.

My morning wasted for this.
