Hmm, you input your amaze card detail into TnG app as Debit card or CC card?
Mine so far no issue.. I didnt try 10k la.. cause my Tng wallet limit only 5k RM..
So far my Amaze card no issue. Even if i use the card amaze debit card also no issue in malaysia..
Did you try to chat with amaze? see if any setting ?
It's added as debit card...
The only thing I can think of is my instarem is new account. That time l top up test on day 1 and 2 even before receiving the physical card.
Update: today tried top-up with instarem to tng is ok liao.
Then top up from paynow to amaze is still not instant. Will wait 4 to 5 hours this time to check, no update wallet then need chat support again.
Edit update: just when I am at help page about to open chat request, the update came in. So took 4 h 53 mins to update balance for 3rd top up..
The way they do things not very reassuring.
