A check on youtrip, it's cheaper than top-up to TnG app~

If use youtrip to make payment to Duitnow, eg. rm1000 will incur SGD1.47 (rm4.85) fee oppose to top-up to TnG ewallet with SG card which incur rm10 fee for the same amount transfer~

However, Youtrip to Duitnow dun have QRCode scanning feature which is a deal breaker~ need to input business name, mobile phone or BRN no.~ 🤦🏻‍♀️

This can't be done, same as in instarem n other cards cos this is for sending money to a my bank linked duitnow acct, and tng duitnow acct is not 1, it's only good for internal my duitnow to duitnow transfer.

What u can do is send money to a my fren bank linked duitnow acct n ask him transfer to ur tng duitnow acct, i personally won't trouble my fren for the mediocre amt saved though.

What I mean is to use youtrip to pay direct to Duitnow merchant without using TnG~ however, it dun support Duitnow qrcode payment which is a bummer~

link TNG DuitNow to Malaysia phone number,
then Youtrip transfer DuitNow using the same phone number.

Hi, u mean change sg registered number to my number on tng profile, does this work for u?
I notice if i change sg registered number to a my number (which i have), i will not have the option to switch back to sg number so i'm kinda cautious abt this move.

"I am a foreigner. Can I register for DuitNow Transfer?

Yes, DuitNow Transfer is open for all users. However, only Malaysian mobile numbers can be registered as a DuitNow ID."
