Some of these cards will charge a fee when used in SG, right?Time to cancel and cut the cards![]()
Not sure leh. YT don't have. Some of these cards will charge a fee when used in SG, right?![]()
This can't be done, same as in instarem n other cards cos this is for sending money to a my bank linked duitnow acct, and tng duitnow acct is not 1, it's only good for internal my duitnow to duitnow transfer.A check on youtrip, it's cheaper than top-up to TnG app~
If use youtrip to make payment to Duitnow, eg. rm1000 will incur SGD1.47 (rm4.85) fee oppose to top-up to TnG ewallet with SG card which incur rm10 fee for the same amount transfer~
However, Youtrip to Duitnow dun have QRCode scanning feature which is a deal breaker~ need to input business name, mobile phone or BRN no.~

What u can do is send money to a my fren bank linked duitnow acct n ask him transfer to ur tng duitnow acct, i personally won't trouble my fren for the mediocre amt saved though.

Hi, u mean change sg registered number to my number on tng profile, does this work for u?link TNG DuitNow to Malaysia phone number,
then Youtrip transfer DuitNow using the same phone number.

I notice if i change sg registered number to a my number (which i have), i will not have the option to switch back to sg number so i'm kinda cautious abt this move.
Thanks hope u succeed."I am a foreigner. Can I register for DuitNow Transfer?
Yes, DuitNow Transfer is open for all users. However, only Malaysian mobile numbers can be registered as a DuitNow ID."
Wah, thanks for sharing. One way to transfer fund into TNG at a reduced fee.link TNG DuitNow to Malaysia phone number,
then Youtrip transfer DuitNow using the same phone number.
Not so straight forward I think but you can open a second TNG ewallet using the MY number...Thanks hope u succeed.
