hi can check with sifus here, if i want to change myr to sgd, is there any online platform can do immediate transfer? or is it better rate to go physically to the money changer to change? CIMB only do from SGD to MYR, not the other way round. means I need to go JB withdraw cash, then come to singapore, change to SGD then bank in?

You may want to check with Wise.
MYR change to SGD in SG sure lower rate. In JB maybe better rate, since they sell not buy.

Not sure what are the digital wallet options in MY compared so SG. Maybe you can try to see if you have Revolut or Youtrip services available. Rates are pretty good for either. Wise has a service fee imputed in the rate to hold foreign currency in their wallet.
