Hi, I just applied for the amaze card. My first topup took about 4 hours to credit in the wallet. My subsequent 3 topup took 2 hours. Is this normal since it stated immediately in the app.
How about the time to take for changing to MYR, is it immediate? So I can see whether to change before my trip or as when I need it. Thanks.

My youtrip is immediately while ichange took about 15mins for the FX.

As shared by others in earlier posts here, top-up delayed but transfer to TnG is prompt.

Topped up Instarem via PayNow, funds got in almost instantly.

Converted to MYR @3.3062

Prompt transfer to TnG Wallet.

As mentioned, mine took at least 2 hours. I think I will stop ichange and use instarem. Since it able to transfer to TnG, unlike ichange.

The delay happened to someone else here too, as shared from his posts. It happens, just not this morning when I tried...

I've stopped using iChange as well, just a small amount left in it in case I need to use the card.

Meanwhile I've been using mainly YouTrip and at times, the likes of Revolut and Instarem to top up TnG.
