Hi, I just applied for the amaze card. My first topup took about 4 hours to credit in the wallet. My subsequent 3 topup took 2 hours. Is this normal since it stated immediately in the app.
How about the time to take for changing to MYR, is it immediate? So I can see whether to change before my trip or as when I need it. Thanks.

My youtrip is immediately while ichange took about 15mins for the FX.

For Instarem
Top up - sadly its always 2 to 5hour later before its credit in the wallet.
Convert to MYR - its instant. (I always keep some SGD inside, when i free and check the rate if its good i will transfer and keep) the last time when SGD = MYR was at 3.51, i convert quite alot and keep there for use.

For Instarem topup to TNG - its also instant. I save the instarem card detail in TNG..


My practise =
Keep some SGD in instarem, when its below 100sgd - i will topup (as the topup always delay)
Convert to MYR as and when i feel rates are good or when my MYR are running low.

For now, Instarem rate are better than youtrip.

You are right, cannot topup TnG is the main reason I stopped using it and turn to instarem.

Just to check for Instarem wallet, if u have Balance for SGD and MYR.
Deduction priority will be from MYR balance first right over SGD?

If you paying MYR, it will deduct from your MYR balance first.
