Mine just arrived today in the mailbox.
Activated but yet to test!

And yes, T&G topup is back as per the letter attached in the mail.
Card issued by DCS.
Too bad can't be added to Apple nor Google Pay.

Wonder what they did to end up so messed up.

Then for convenience sake I might end up using another card like Revolut or Instarem instead, not that their rates these days can't be better. Using the watch lagi convenient too.
I 100% agree. For a long time, Youtrip doesn’t support ApplePay too, Revolut from day one has and even before the physical card has arrived, they will prompt you to use ApplePay instead. And when I top up large amount to my TNG wallet, they will prompt my card company and Revolut can use FaceID/TouchID to verify while ichange has to wait for the OTP which sometimes takes forever.

But the usage will more than cover the cost?
Volume is key, and personally I cannot comment on ichange. If Singaporeans only associate ichange with ringgit and top up TNG ewallet, I honestly don’t think they are earning much. I look around me, most Singaporeans like for example several of my friends who go Japan holiday, I have yet to hear one friend use ichange for Yen transaction, mainly Revolut/Youtrip or their bank cards which can earn miles/points.

Yes, so they have to provide the feature first then continue with marketing to ensure sustainability.
Otherwise, how to fight with the giants like YT/Revolut etc. when even basic feature is missing.

Always good to have more competition.
