And they've not even allowed the capability to add the card to wallet, have they?

Anyways, here's the email that iChange sent.
Like that ah, might as well cancel the card, not short of card to use honestly. 🤡

Time to hit up their WhatsApp to cancel. :s13:
Dear iChanger,

At iChange, we have always been committed to giving our customers the best exchange rates in Singapore with complete transparency and no hidden fees.

To continue upholding this promise and investing in the services you value, we will be introducing a nominal monthly service fee of S$1, effective 1 October 2025. This change allows us to responsibly manage the cost of accounts that remain inactive for extended periods, while focusing our resources where they matter most – on enhancing our platform and securing even better rates for our active customers.

How to Keep Enjoying Zero Fees
We will automatically refund the service fee for any quarter in which your spending reaches S$300 or more, so you can continue enjoying all the benefits of iChange with no change to the fee-free experience you’ve come to expect.

The refunds are processed on a quarterly basis, based on fixed calendar quarter:

  • October – December
  • January – March
  • April – June
  • July – September

Example: If you spend S$350 between October and December, the S$3 collected for that quarter will be refunded in full in the month of January.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team via our WhatsApp chat.

Thank you for your continued trust and for being a valued part of the iChange community.

Best regards,
iChange Team

CL, G*** etc. all the nonsensical platform fees.
Though iChange seems to be the most ridiculous @ $1 when market rate is few tens of cents. :s22:

Poor product offering, then introducing such charges.
Good luck with their business. :o

I have RM0.85 let in MYR wallet. Will head to Mr DIY next trip to look for something to buy.

wait what? My ichange total account balance under top up shows -$3.11??
My main page shows SGD$0, MYR0.85. And the exchange rate on home page still shows SG$1 = RM3.51. 🤣🤣🤣

I recall having read somewhere that the SGD balance cannot be $0 if we want to use the MYR.

Can't seem to find the source now, though...
