Just to report so far i know UOB and Maybank and CIMB no charges.
Now till 6/9 DBS TT to malaysian bank or Visa no charge!! huat ah
But please when you use atm to withdraw becareful with rates. i think earlier on here some people say the rate is high but thats the TT or OD rates. When using ATM i think is the foreign notes exchange rate which is slightly lowen than those rates... tell me if i am wrong.. But anyway the rate still quite high compare to some money changer or same.. it is 2.38 last check @ most of the banks.
Anyway i am going to do the DBS TT I bank transfer now. best thing they dont have malaysian ringgit so they TT singapore dollars and CIMB Malaysia at least overseas TT SG buy at 2.55!!

i personally withdraw frm UOB ATM in MY with SG UOB ATM card, rate is always > 2.55
