ATM Withdrawal Malaysia

Just to report so far i know UOB and Maybank and CIMB no charges.

Now till 6/9 DBS TT to malaysian bank or Visa no charge!! huat ah

But please when you use atm to withdraw becareful with rates. i think earlier on here some people say the rate is high but thats the TT or OD rates. When using ATM i think is the foreign notes exchange rate which is slightly lowen than those rates... tell me if i am wrong.. But anyway the rate still quite high compare to some money changer or same.. it is 2.38 last check @ most of the banks.

Anyway i am going to do the DBS TT I bank transfer now. best thing they dont have malaysian ringgit so they TT singapore dollars and CIMB Malaysia at least overseas TT SG buy at 2.55!!

anyone can advise is it better to change ringgit in malaysia (i am referring to the ones after we exit the custom CIQ, or at city square)

If not, is there anywhere I can change around woodlands before I enter JB?
