Yes... the ones after Shell are usually opened 24hrs..

Otherwise opposite Pelangi Plaza, beside the Mobil Station also usually open into the wee hours as well..

I have difficulty finding a good place to exchange Malaysia Ringgit.

The best rate I can find as of 4th November 2009 is $2.43 at that people's park place. I believe it should be better than this considering the interbank rate is now around $2.45xx.

Anyone know any place can exchange at $2.45?

Asian Currencies, specially Ringgit really go up and down in short time so wat is true now is wrong later.

Usually, you will get 0.2 less than interbank rate. I usually go to Best Money Changers & Currency Rates In Singapore - GET4X website to book the best rates and lock the deal so I can collect one hour later still the same rate...

I have an account and I use it often. First you select one of the offer provided by the money changers, then you need to confirm the deal by logging in. Once its done, you receive an email and finaly get the name of the money changer and the exact address + itinary if you need. Very simple
