you can check the rates online from mustafa, their rates are updated frequently :: Mustafa Online ::

I used to think they have the cheapest rates cos i ever compared their rates with Chinatown the long queue and Mustafa rate is better.

But I found out that the changer at bugis junction is better. You have to ask them the rate cos the rate they display outside is higher.

I heard Suntec rate also very good.
