The rate from Mustafa should give you an idea the "market rate", which I use when I compare rates offered by the money-changers at Peoples Park.

u went to the wrong money changer, try to find one that give u more than display rate.

The rate at JB is usually lower than the ones in SG. If not in the hurry and happen to pass by one in SG, better to change it in SG before u cross over to JB.

RmZz.zz / S$Xx.xx = actual 1 to 1 rate.

Actually the saving is not really significant if we change small amount. But personally for me, I get that shiok feeling if can get a better deal. I note from this post that the rates at The Arcade seems quite competitive. For me, the rates at Peoples Park is usually about 30-40 sens more than the one offered by Mustafa online.
