Seriously, why do ppl still changing in CS/JB Custom/ Komtar areas, these places do NOT provide you with best rates anymore. Of course, if you are just need S$100, then don't waste the petrol to JB town to change that.

....simply there are lots of Singaporeans shopping in the CIQ/City Square area.
