I was changing USD to SGD last year. he gave the lowest, plus he told me that once i walk off, the rate he is giving me, will no longer be valid.

Lucky i did my home work beforehand. So i played along. I told him to please keep the "lousy" rate for me. I am going home to bring an extra 1000USD on top of what im currently holding for him

Cause i passby the starbucks which is giving 1 for 1 complimentary drinks on its opening on Tuesday, but didnt enter the mall

Go up the Komtar escalator there's one.Inside also has one , both offering same rate on Tuesday.

in Tampines, the worst is Century Sq, Basement 1 (next to escalator)

Mrt one is still ok.

Tampines mall opposite 4 leaves, you can nego

Ya, damn lousy rate! I changed Korea Won once and shocked to find the rate so much different from my friend.

Now i smart liao, I always go Arcade to change wahahahaha

I'm at komtar. the one facing the entrance is 277

Aiyo, Arcade now is at least 2.785. So changing in Singapore is better.

Its incremental increase. No one can predict. even you ask the experts in fx, no one can. But if you want to play safe, just aim for 2.82 or 2.85. Like myself who is going in end of june, i will not be changing now unless there are news about adjustment not in my favour.

Tempted to change $1000 and keep. Didn't change in the end as afraid it will change better and also won't be going Malaysia anytime from now.

Really heng that I didn't change when it hit 2.7.
