Went money changer today, got a rate 1 to 3, the money changer says there might be a chance to pump to 1 to 4, Time to go there and eat like a king.

3rd floor, if I'm not mistaken. Both money changers are on the same level, one near the entrance and the other one further in just a couple of shops from MetroJaya.

From the entrance (bridge linking to City Square, JB Sentral, and CIQ Building) next to Starbucks, go up the escalator and you'll see one there. I changed with this one yesterday, since it's only S$100 I didn't bother to go find the other one inside. Later on in the day, saw the board on the other one showing the same rate.

jb taman tebrau after petron station, first shop nearest to prata shop 298. slightly further up 300.

so far Komtar JBCC has the best rate in Johor.
Try to compare 1 near the entrance and the one far back.
