Who is paying?
Then raise the school fees to the parents?
Retired teachers no need to pay as high as high right, since their role is redesignated.

And who pay? Tax the foreigners higher. They should not be enjoying the same tax % as locals

Isn't that already being done in schools? There are teacher assistants/teacher aides in schools. There are adjunct teachers to help. There are also excess teachers around due to school mergers. This shouldn't be a problem.

she never rly interact with enough teachers then give this statement. a lot of admin work is data entry or coordination for students, that only the class teacher is aware of for the details. you everything outsource to admin, means the teachers need to comms all these details to the admin, in the end become double work.

you want solve the problem you must diao the parents, then remove all the red tape and KPIs in teaching which increase the admin work. that kind of policy change will take years to convince upper management in teaching
Later if the outsource resource mess up, then parents will complain. Why outsource?

Why illogical? These foreigners here are depleting our limited resources like water and land, contributing to the rubbish and waste generated on this small island. And they get better personal security than back home, why shouldn't they be taxed more?

Unless u can tell me the foreigners don't use electricity and water here, then I have no case. Remember we are taught water conservation when young. Every drop counts, yet these foreigners come in to deplete them at a even higher rate due to their numbers. Don't forget, water agreement with msia running out in 20-30 years time.

We were talking about teachers further splitting their jobs to other pure admin staffs and you digressed to foreigners... That's why it's illogical.

You asking who to fund these teachers in the earlier post and I replied foreigners.

And I replied with the reasons why they can be taxed more to fund what sg needs.
