WP will create history if they won Punggol but it is a very tough fight because of the demographic of new citizens there.

I personally knew a few new citizens friends staying there, and no way are they leave the PAP, they said.
SK also a lot of new citizens.... just saying

New citizens perspectives are better job opportunities better environment and future for next generation.... obviously they are here cos wherever they come from was lacking in these.

These needs and aspirations are exactly the same as a local born. When these factors are not present anymore they either ditch the country ditch the party or suck thumbs like us.... now which is the easiest and best thing to do? GE time leh.... 🤣

Yes, Singaporeans must stop the gov party from changing the constitution they like or in their favour first by denying them the 2/3

I dunno how more impt is this point ...

pap was out of chess move , they had to dump a ****ing 50mm canon to a pistol fight to the presidency ...

But then , because this canon have such an international standing to be lost sitting in the istana ... They changed the constitution after the PE so he can moonlight ....

actually dont know why they so hardcore try to block tan cheng bock that time.

president also only just a figurehead, also wont talk much in Parliament or anything and not much powers

if they never block tcb that time then PSP wouldn't have been formed by him and LMW and Hazel Poa wouldn't have been NCMP breathing down their necks. One thing leads to another.

Because ppl in power too long becomes lazy ...

They want to even avoid the trouble of a non compliant president and fall back on the council of advisors to block him ...

Steamrolling i think is the world.

Imagine the PM go to the president and say i want GE now ... Then the president say the redrawn boundary is not fair to other parties and sinkies ... How to dissolve parliament since the president is the one who announce it
