Sony ewarranty

Hi, did you guys register your warranty via the URL found on the sticker on the XZ box: sonymobile.ewarranty.sg ?

I registered via this URL as it supposed to give +3 months warranty but at the end of it I did not get any email confirmation or "registration completed page" for me to keep (or print) for reference.

Then I found another alternative way of registering at: www.sony.com.sg/registerproduct so it got me a little confused.

Which one did you guys went with registering your XZ and did you get a confirmation email from Sony?

If you buy a Smartphone from Sony then just register at Sony Mobile and if you buy any other products from Sony then just register at the one at Sony.com.sg, it is not confusing.

I see. So did you get a confirmation from Sony that your XZ was successfully registered? That's what I was looking for.

Once you have registered on that website, there will be a message that your registration has been sent and they will not send you the confirmation for the registration.

If you worry about the registration, just print out the confirmation page for reference as they will just scan your IC when you bring your phone to the Service Centre, they will have your registration record in their computer system so not to worry.

perhaps XZ's compression algorithm is more aggressive.

Any photo widget to recommend? Looking for one that can select a particular folder or album to play repeatedly

Yes, its normal as water has entered the speaker. Just wait for the water to dry off or blow dry with a hairdryer with low to medium heat.

I just purchased a purple Xperia Z yesterday and I am loving it. Sleek and nice. Was considering between the HTC One and Z, in the end got the Z. HTC One pretty good actually, the metal back feels premium but I got the Z in the end.

Hi guys, I often use my phone in speaker mode during calls and I find that the XZ is very soft, till the extend that I often had to ask the person on the line to speak louder. Speaker volume already max.

Is it only my XZ? Are there ways to rectify it? Tks
