anyone tried pairing xz with sony smart watch? can share reviews?

I have been using my Smartwatch from my Xperia V to Z and no issues, you can view incoming calls with the name in your phonebook, play the music player on your phone or view incoming text messages, whatsapp, wechat etc.

Now with the remote camera app, you can control your phone camera to take photo, view the album or even delete the photo you just captured on your smartwatch, it is simply cool! =:p

Yes, you can. Just have to pair with your phone once to sync the time over then you do not need to connect the next time if you do not want. It is not water proof but I wear it when washing hand so no issue for water to go in, just do not wear to bath.

I don't know if this has been asked before about the camera. I've disabled Superior Auto mode and uses only Normal mode. However whenever I start the camera from the quick launch (from lock screen), it always go to the Superior mode. When I exit and start it again (not from quick launch), it will revert back to Normal mode.
To me, Superior mode is inferior and this behaviour is kinda irritating.

Anyone has the same issue?

Yes, this is how the camera behaves. I don't know if it's a bug or a feature. But some people are saying that it can be considered a feature, since launching it via Quick Launch means you want to take a picture fast and Superior Auto will help you to quickly detect the scene and take the photo.

So far I think Superior Auto works quite well. I like how it auto detect faces "soft snap" and quick auto focus.

But the camera app is bit slow to load.

You just have to download WatchIt from the Playstore then you can configure what apps you want to use to notify any new message on the watch. =:p

You are not able to type and even if you can, you also do not want to type on such a small screen.

You can only get notification on the messages from social media app or SMS etc and as for phone call, you can download the default call handling app from the SmartWatch app and you can reject the incoming call if you are busy.

Download the SmartCamera from the playstore to take photo, delete photo from the phone.
