Hello! I have a Xperia Tablet Z and a Xperia Z. Tried mirroring to the TV via Netgear PTV3000 and it was successful. However the wifi connection to my broadband router was disconnected and I had to use 3G/LTE to surf or playback videos from Youtube. The video playback is extremely jerky. However when I used Samsung Galaxy Note 2, it does not exhibit the above problems. Anyone has the same problems????

Yes, Xperia Z and Tablet Z are both 4.2.2
(Wifi connection to broadband router was disconnected. Only 3G/LTE is available when connected to PTV3000)

PTV3000 updated to 2.4.3 with video playback was terrible
Downgraded to 2.2.16 and video playback was acceptable

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 didn't have these issues and video playback on firmware V2.4.3 and V2.2.16 was excellent.

Tonight no use. No technician working, CSO don't know where they place the device or whether it is even in a completed form.

I feel for you, mate. But that's their tactics when it is Friday.

ya lor. keep drag. So they need 3 days to check how long more it will take to repair my phone. And still unsure if they are changing the plastic cover for me.

Ask them to keep their end of the warranty, by quoting the Lemon law.

Sony told me my phone might be the last repair they do for me. After the second exchange they will void my warranty. Say inside my second set got alot of water and he sending pics back to hq to determine if its my fault.

ask them give you letter black and white, and go their facebook page ask for explanation. Only by going to their facebook page then they will act fast fast.

What kind of nonsense is this? If you have used it within specs of the phone and water still gets in then i dun see why they should void your warranty...

true. Mine still servicing... So Long liao~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

What to do. They claim they tested all flaps with their professional testing eqps and its all no leak. So its my fault and they going to entertain me only one last time.

Seriously i dont understand why "Did you open the flaps and expose the phone to water" is a viable question that sony ask me.
They think i love spoiling my $1k phone and i love waiting at service centre to get new phones. To them its like my hobby and passion to visit bishan.

But its still a mystery to me how so much water got into my replacement set. In the 12 hour time frame i held it in my hands, i only took it out for a jog. Nothing. Dont even dare to bring it into the bathroom with me anymore.
