does anyone have issue with starting cam from lock screen?
- i noticed it always defaults to the iAuto mode, even tho i changed settings earlier. then i start up cam using the default cam app and my old settings are there.

- it seems to hang quite often when i start up cam from lock screen - and worse still - can't detect my memory card. (memory card issue??)


for those who still looking for docks - i got my one at bugis sony yesterday.

I guess that it set to Superior Auto is being programmed as you want to take photo fast so you go to camera mode from lock screen so with the Superior Auto, you can capture anything immediately.

What type of memory card you using? I have no issue with the memory card and I am using the Sandisk Ultra or Class 10 64GB MicroSD Card.

using a Sandisk Ultra class 10 32GB leh, and it's brand new (but er, i didn't reformat it when i stuck it in). got a bit freaked out when i kept getting messages that there was no memory (my photo default saving is to SD card).

i want my own settings to quickly start up, not superior auto!

How is the default email app better than Samsung?

Seems the same to me, but:

Sony's cannot zoom out on my emails (from eBay,Qoo10,etc) so very troublesome because need to pan left and right to read emails

So it is actually worst for me

Im okay with pan left and right at least the email still in the inbox. My note note 2 and S3 just anyhow auto remove emails. Newest mail also gone... Pretty pissed of by it.

I hooted HTC One X last march for my wife.... One time experience is enough for me... Simi 4+1 core for good wakelock... Probably sleep until cannot wake up... Maybe i got a lemon set but after using it for awhile, the Sense UI is very clumsy... If Sony's launcher is laggy, HTC sense is clumsy... imo...

the NFC sticker at the back of the phone, can i remove it?, is it necessary for the NFC to work. i hope it is only to pin point the NFC location in the phone, am i right?

Of course stick with XZ. Never even think of HTC one

Then that is the cause of the No Memory Card issue as you need to reformat it when you first put the MicroSD card into your phone and you cannot format using your PC then put into the phone.

You can remove the sticker as that is to tell you the location of the NFC chip.

So this means that the card must first be formatted by the phone when you take it out brand new and not by a PC? I shld be getting my card tomorrrow.

Coming from HTC One X an eyeing this cos of the waterproof features...any inputs from ex-HTC users?

I hated SGS3 and felt like crying after using it for only 10mins and paying 500 bucks for it. Sold it off for a One X and love it ever since. I like HTC keyboard where you can long press and get symbols.

How abt SXZ? Regrets?

Anyone rooted and installed customs?

OR should i just wait for non-waterproof(boring) HTC One?

I dont like HTC after sales support. Read the thread and saw that they are totally hopeless. Part of the reason why Im might be ditching HTC for this SXZ...its like a rugged girl next door...ooooo
