Btw, is Go Sms using data or the telco's sms amount when sending smses??

GoSMs, ChompSMS, etc, all have their own data client like Whatsapp, but then the others must use the same chat service. This is a specific, special option though. By default it's just a better, neater, more powerful SMS client that uses your normal SMS allocation.

Yes, used to hold HTC Desire HD, HTC Sensation XL then Sony Acro S and now Sony Xperia Z.

I choose HTC is that it got offline map which I like it alot when going abroad, unless other phone. But I knew now Google Map allows you to download part of the map. I also love the UI of HTC which one of the best among all phone, but it will slow down the speed.

Sony: minimum of changes to original UI and very smooth. More stable than HTC, which lot of times HTC will kind of reboot after exiting an apps. The camera is superb as compared to HTC especially during nite shoot. :D

XperiaZ now have also it's navigation tools wise pilot. But then still yet have map dl feature. Waiting for this. Been testing it and Google nav. Both work well with z.

yup camera is great. Now im waiting for htc one as my second phone.

Same issue here. I was able to isolate it to the following combination:

Pace router + stamina mode + wi-fi on = reboot

I tried on my old 2wire router, no issues.

Yes I experience this last week and confirm Xperia Z when connected via WiFi to PACE router will cause the router to reboot.

have contacted Singtel but they have no solution till now.

any xperiaV user here?

Xperia Z battery life span seems shorter than V ?:(

Probably cos dsiplay size is different? 4.3" vs 5"

maybe The rate of battery drain on a 5" is faster than 4.3" so even if a bigger capacity batt, if rate is fast enough will be used up faster.

or maybe cos u havent do enough battery power cycle for SXZ?

so fast ah?
u better get the dock fast

the rubber on the cover lid is not very durable after continuous open & close

XperiaV cover lid got one additional white or transparent plastic to lock/hold the lid in position.
This however is missing in XperiaZ, thus its much urgently needed to get the dock as to avoid continuous wear and tear on the black rubber

lucky this time round, the dock is fast available in the market, unlike last time for DK25 which takes months for it to appear in the market.......

will not

even when your fingers are wet, the screen still can be used sensitively,(even dripping water or rippling movement of water on the screen)

thus what do u think:s8:

double protection ^_^ keke

but i read from some posts back about XperiaV that removing the default shatter proof protection will also remove the SONY word ....not too sure about this info.

are you getting 1 docking for office also????
