i am NOT using Stamina Mode and I will not be using it.....

damn...........i cant start up phone.....!!!
Was playing scramble this morning and suddenly it rebooted.

Then it kept on rebooting repeatedly...I cant even power off!

Have to send phone to Sony later. Luckily still have my Note2

Can the gurus here help?

Try pressing the power button and volume up button together to do a reset.

If not, connect your phone to PC and do a repair via pc companion.

usually for software issues i will try fix myself. hardware den send to service

they also told my fren '2 weeks' when he brought his XS to Bishan.

it just died on him and he cldnt do anything. cos battery inside, cannot remove and put back to try to boot up ourselves. cos still under warranty.

in the end, 2 weeks become 4 weeks. he had to go down cos no one picked up his call.

then no parts. hv to order.

then became dunno 5 or 6 weeks he finally got it back, i think.

Tried....no luck
When I tried to repair phone via PC Companion, it sais that Phone has modified sw that cannot be repaired.
WTF, I didnt even do anything....! How the hell was it modified

any simple checklist to check on the xz phone before we take it home. i know not 100% accurate, sometime the faults shows up only after we bring it home.

I had been using every iteration of iPhone since its birth. Currently, i'm using iPhone 5. Recently, this Zxperia bug caught me. Yesterday, I went down to Sony Gallery at Wisma for a product trial. Although, many functions doesn't surprised me with ohh or ahh. But indeed Zxperia is currently the best android phone in the market. Forget about Samsung S3 and Note 2. Samsung phone design sucks and it uses OLED which give the screen an over saturated vibrant colour. Beware when you do online shopping. Oftenly the product colour will not be accurate. Samsung phone has physical design that is so passé. Sony had done a great job in designing the Zxperia. By the way, Sony gallery is selling Zxperia at $988 without contract and comes with a free concert ticket to some donkey artistes. I do not know the telco prices and bundled freebies as I'm not interested in telco contract set. Today, mobile square in Far East orchard is selling the local warranty set at $865. Maybe getting the Zxperia as a spare phone on top of iPhone 5.

haiz... i factory reset the 2nd time to “fix” the notification light issue, but after awhile the issue comes back and none of my sms or whatsapp notification have led light..

Weird thing I noticed. When phone at 100%, all led notifications are ok. When drop to 60 or 70%, notifications no longer there. Lols

I have always been wondering, how do i go about using the Mobile wallet?

Been missing out on the wallet so long, with my previous phone.

Well, don't quote me if I am wrong, but when I went for recontract I requested to change my SIM to an NFC SIM. The M1 guy consulted the training officer and told me it doesn't support NFC

So I shot back by showing the NFC sticker on Yuga's back, and pointed at the redeem voucher, telling him the headphone is NFC kind too.

Then he paicked and said thetraining officer is sure cannot use.

So probably it is just that NFC payment is not supported for Yuga?

Anybody with NFC SIM try go McDonald's and try buy an upsized Double Quarter Pounder meal with Coke and report back to us ma? Cos if can I will go back to the same branch and point fingers at that guy. =X

They will only change if you face the same issues 6 times. Meaning it is gonna take you 6 x 2 weeks to get a new phone.

Guys, check does your xperia z vibrate on touch? Cos mind doesn't and no vibrations for incoming calls even if I set to vibrate.
