I have posted this issue here and singtel already replaced my PACE router but problem still persist.

Last Saturday, Singtel tech came down again and replaced another but (temporary) older PACE router model. Yes, no problem so far. They are aware of this issue and doing the investigation. It will take around a month before they will come back and replace back to the latest model.

I was about to sign up for fibre when they tell me they are using PACE modem, model a55 20N.

May I know wats the model of this old modem? Maybe I can ask them to hook up this old one till they resolve the issue. Thx

the rep there told the contract form is sufficient for any warranty claims and doesnt require the Original reciept , however she said for non contract you have to give or keep original reciept and give a photocopy as that is required for warranty claims , so those going please take a photocopy before u go
