Hi Ah Huat...... act-cherly whats wrong with the XZ sound??? I borrow my fren phone... turn volumn max, put cheapo earphone.... nbzzz nearly go deaf??? .... though the sound quite good..... watch U tube also..... compare with S3.... S3 no match....

Yes, I also find the speaker volume is quite loud but to some, it is not loud enough so depend on individual preference.

You can select the drop down menu on the top of the email client then at the bottom of the drop down menu, there is an option to show all folders.
