Wtf just got sms from asus, saying that they have changed the collection date to end of the month. So tulan, was gonna collect tmr.... but this time they are going to throw in free screen protector and $40 valore voucher. Another stunt from them

Asus SG is a joke! Collection due on 18th of June has been delayed. Just receive an sms with rescheduled collection on the 28th of June instead.

Whats worse, it seems like a last min decision informing customers just the day before. Its simply poor management on their part. I have definitely made the right call by not waiting for it. I've been using my ZF5 for more than a month already.

Not quite true. The hardware is the same, difference is in the software. U can use a china model and flash it with a TW or WW firmware. Vice versa as well. Care must be taken however during the flashing process to reset to factory default to prevent operation quirks from appearing thereafter.

Do share the process if you have then we can all pay lesser and buy from china instead of waiting some more and getting inferior hardware....like the leftovers from other places....

ASUS should give us an upgrade to 2GHz,16gb, 2G Ram instead of SP or the voucher.

voucher useless huan larh. i think must purchase minimum amount then can offset.
They issued me during first day of sales.

but ...must spend $40 valore product in order to use the $20 rebate.

nice thought, since both t00j [1.6] & t00f [2.0] passed through IDA database; but don't think they are so good

plus they are looking forward to t00p [lte snapdragon]

Doubt so. They already arranged to bring in batch with upgraded ram, likely that batch delayed shipment. Lowering of the price is also a no-no. The only way they can compensate is offer the SP and nego with Challenger for free vouchers.... which obviously didn't go well with many lol.

FOC screen protector is those cheapo kind of course no one will want it, as for valore voucher is the worse among all
