I don't think u can expect Asus to improve the battery life much further with such a small battery capacity. Unless they introduce a new model with a bigger battery.

no issues with battery life for me, use juicedefender and poll every 15 minutes.

Realized that after the latest update which enabled otg support, the wifi strength seems to have dropped

Yeah true but kinda sucks when the phone reboots in the middle of a call or when I'm using GPS while driving..

Hi guys, I just got my zenfone 5.

On my older huawei ascend p1, i had the option to "restrict background data". Basically it blocked apps from accessing mobile data unless I actively opened up the app.

I cant find this option anymore in my zenfone 5. Any advice? I am on prepaid and data is very expensive.

Being using this phone for almost a month and so far so good ..Just the Battery only as usual like most people,it doesnt last that long ..but its really a great phone with a low price tag..

My findings on this Zen5:
if turn on 1 game App and leave it overnight in sleep mode, battery drains 55%!
But if no apps open for 8 hours and in sleep mode, battery drain only 2 % !

play one car racing game, the ph heat up very fast and battery drain approx. 10% after 1 car racing game. any more reviews on battery life pls share...

Like get whatsapp to backup chat history to SD card, camera apps to save to sd card...
