Get the Zenfone 6. It is awesome for watching movies/dramas on the go with that 6" screen. The 64GB SD card you can install will help to store all your media.

Just 1 warning: the phone back cover is excruciatingly difficult to open so my suggestion is to get the SD card and SIM card(s) ready to install so that you need not do it more than once.

I have both. The Zenfone 6 is much better. Smoother and faster. The Xiaomi Note can be laggy at times. Don't know why. The Zenfone is worth the extra $100 over the Xiaomi. Furthermore both of its dual sim slot is 3g capable unlike the Xiaomi. I've got a colleague who sold off his Galaxy Note 3 for the Zenfone 6. Says the battery lasts longer and the larger screen is awesome.

Battery wise note 3 abit better. The lcd screen lose to AMOLED.

Don't have a Note 3 so I don't know. My colleague say one. He set his brightness to mid for both however. I think usage matters. For me I set mine to max and battery life is still decent. I find the Zenfone 6 screen brighter than the Note 3 at max brightness for both.

Hope that the next update will solve the Location battery drain as even when put to Battery Savings it still drains.

cool thanks! btw sry for a stupid question.. can i have the home screen grid to have a 5x4? i updated the zenui it lets me have my apps in 5x4 in menu but idk how to do it for home screen :/

Got many demo sets at samsung for note 3! and challanger for asus zenfone 6 best go see. Seeing is beliving. Battery note is better cos amoled screen no need to turn so bright aa the contrast is very deep. Note 3 is worth the $

The AMOLED vs LCD comparison has been going on for a long time since Samsung started using it. Some people prefer the more saturated colors while some prefer the true to life colors of the LCD. The power consumption of a Super LCD screen is low when displaying lighter colours, which
makes it ideal for web browsing for example as websites
tend to have white backgrounds. The opposite is true with
Super AMOLED, where blacks consume less power as the

Ok average screen on time is 3plus hours for 3g usage on 4.4 let's hope Asus can still do more for the battery life. Basically u get to use 3hours if u plug it off 100% on 3g playing games + surfing & watching vids.

Recommend you pay a little more for 2GB. Having lower RAM will impact the performance of your device.

Tried the 2.0 GHz at Asus store @ funan IT mall . They have 1.6 GHz on display but no battery as the salesperson claimed .

My zenfone 6 getting crazy after the most recent update. Battery draining quite significantly. Also today suffer the black screen of death after 2 to 3 months!

Anyone experience the same?

Mine wasn't a direct flat black screen, but it kept flashing between lock/normal screen for a couple of minutes before restarting by itself!?
