just got a zf 6 but when i insert sim card can call but does not show my network name, why?

i m using singtel

My 1yr zf6 currently having speaker problem. Was buzzing for the past few days , hand itchy touch here and there now the speaker totally very soft/low (can't hear my own ringtone) .

Anyone got lobang where to repair and how much would it cost?

any idea when will next big update 5.0 for zf6 be out since they keep on update the zenUI shows that they're doing smth right? btw just wondering.. since theres no 4g.. is there a possibility that there will be a update for 4g? or is 4g like a hardware?

Asus site states Android 5.0 update for zenfone on April 2015.

Update to 4G/LTE is impossible since it is hardware-related. Zenfone 6 has only 3G+ radio.

Actually down side of having dual sim is that whatsapp cant function on 2nd sim

I kinda loved the big 6 inch screen on this phone. Unfortunately, i feel a lot of unnecessary area is wasted on the front screen. Otherwise it can be much slimmer

Not true... mine functions on both sim. As long as both your sim cards have data they will work when you are connected with either.

Guys, just wondering if there is any widget or app that lets you switch between the sim cards that you want to use data one? I need to switch quite frequently and is a bit of hassle to do it in the dual SIM settings page. Anyone in the same situation and found a solution?

I think what he meant is that you can't have WhatsApp account for both SIM number on the same phone.

If so that's not a down side ma... there can only be one WhatsApp account on any phone...

My Z6's microphone stop working. Less than two months from purchase.
Can only make voice call using the earpiece or bluetooth.

Considering trying a factory reset to see if it could be an software issue before I visit their service centre.

Zenfone 6 charging

Anyone face the issue of long charging time of zenfone 6? Mine took more than 5 hours to charge from 20% to 100%.

I have an issue with my zenfone 6 .
My 1st sim card slot can read but can't make out going calls. Incoming calls is as per normal.

My second slot cant read n do nothing at all please advise any of u facing the same issue?

CAn anyone tell me ho wlong is charging time for ZF6?

it took me 5-6 hours to full charge ...very slow.. running on android 4.4

is the lastest update good?
