got 2 different periods for me, start of year 2 and end of year 2 while waiting to ORD

the 1st period, activated by bn HQ, test our timing, as usual RSM say timing not good. SP CSM say vehicle prep CMI, can be improved etc. then got a 2nd activation. BSM say much better. normal one

2nd period, activate again for outsiders to see, wayang TTM.
