how to train ah? moi combat lvl about 70. Moi used to train at the ice warrior place. Or should i go karamja **** lesser demons?

I had to keep world hopping. Good thing is we play off peak asia hours haha lesser ang mohs to fight for the ore and pk you. Most trouble came from the damn revenants. Are they still around?
