freeplay is lidat one ........ i think is jagex let f2p do some of the lvl 1-5 task of member skill

if you go to f2p world, member skills will be 5/actual level, apparently they let f2p try out member stuff also, but max is go until level 5 then cannot gain anymore exp

compare the specs, but i think enchanted diamond amulet better, cheaper and easier to get
