Is this an error? Super huat lei. But $16,000 income ceiling a bit difficult to buy $2m property lei.

Now their ulu place small freehold project can buy for $1.6m. This kind of price is ultra bubble according to some expert

Don't think its an error, its on caveat.
What you mean their ulu place? whose ulu place?

The latest hotcake is rivercove and they're selling for lesser than that one Ola unit, i think only the residents there know best what is going on.

No idea where is rivercove. The name river does sounds nice. Why hotcake huh?
