Wonder if OLA will follow the fate of SKG given the high psf for each respective area and housing type. Both saw 30% sales on 1st weekend but SKG suffered bad sales for the next few weeks thereafter.

Likely it will.
Developer of ola don’t seems to use the case study of SKG to price their units.

Had a chat with a close friend who went to see Ola showflat, they commented that the prices are high for an EC. And these are professionals that can both afford an EC.

I’m interested to watch how the sales go tho, appreciate those who share updates.

It's actually easier to own a private new launch as compared to EC (if the prices are not too far apart) due to the difference between MSR and TDSR
