Those facing the hospital will be the last to go, unless the buyer really got budget constraint...since now they still got choice, of cos choose the better facing one first

And because developer keeps raising prices supposedly

Those facing the hospital, not just last to go, but also pay highest psf.

I guess developer also scared can't sell. All the big 4BR units all face inside. No selling of views. Except:
Blk 7 4BR direct unblocked view from inside the EC straight to the hospital. Not selling well it seems.
Blk 25 4BR, I think one corner maybe still can see hospital.

Blk 19,20,23,24 are nearest to the hospital.

Then the smallest quantum 2BR units all face hospital, in a hope that people will buy it because small quantum.


Guess people still do think of what if they sell. Given a choice, would you buy an expensive resale EC facing the hospital, or another EC in the vicinity and not facing the hospital (Bellewaters)?

First, developer could "threaten" to raise the price.

Then, the next few ECs just need to launch at even higher psfs.

Next, keep telling the market there's pent up demand and it's the beginning of a massive property bull run.

Makes sense as it will be unblocked view for a long distance for high floors for a long long time. South facing for good wind.
