I still haven’t get back my $30,000
As other community members have encouraged you to do, the proper medium to redress your problem is to first approach Chocolate Finance and if that doesn’t work out, to seek other mediums to get back your funds.

closed both accounts liao bye bye!

Sorry to hear that you'd like to delete your account. Is there anything we could have done differently to improve your experience?
Please note that once your account is closed, you won't be able to reopen it using this phone number for up to 12 months. However, since there are no fees to maintain your Chocolate Finance account, you might want to consider leaving it open. This way you can then come back whenever you are ready to use the account again.
Do let us know how you'd like to proceed. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hrs we will proceed to close the account.
If you would like to proceed, please withdraw any balance, so we can complete the closure.
Why need to close? Cannot just keep as zero balance and ghost it?

I got back my money finally. I don’t trust Chocolate finance, I urge everyone to withdraw their money out before it collapses. Based on past cases, investors get back nothing if the company collapses

It seems that everyone gotten the funds back. The saga is overblown due to fear.

There is no reason why you will not get back the money unless the counterparty defaulted, not Chocolate Finance.

Yes, I have already mentioned before that it was due to their poor handling of the issue. The internal teams such as marketing, compliance and legal need to brush up. Senior management is also acting like newbies.

This is not an excuse when you are running financial market business which is highly regulated.
It's not as highly regulated as you think ;)

Don't forget the laundry incident not that long ago
