Sorry, I still prefer HK shows to Tiong shows. I dunno what’s so nice about Tiong shows, all CGI many many, their actors and actresses all look the same, all go to the same PS doctor.

singapore worse. 80s - 90s also got good shows. even china bought and watch. now the shows worse than before, all talk about budget. i think mediacorp can close down sua. just buy shows from mainland and korea can liao. keep the staff just for news and some variety shows can le.

Yeah I hardly find local shows worth watching, last time is will everyday sit in front to wait for new episodes...

A variation of the innovator's dilemma. When times are so good you lose sight of the future. TVB could have entered mainland market from position of strength earlier. This will allow them bigger market and tap resources for long term survival. It will also help influence mainland productions such that it may be very different from we are seeing today. Think that's his point.

Edge of Tomorrow ish actually adapted from the manga All You Need Is Kill. Never heard of the chinese characters wan. If I ever subscribe to Netflix again, I might check it out.
