One Bernam price reduced more than 20% and sold 87 units in 3 days! Who say Property Price never come down ?will banks ask borrowers to top up?

U ah…. Stir in property forum now come stir EDMW.

Many property owners and landlords here including myself. Can dont create negative sentiment?
U guys always say pap only tell you good stuff.
Now I tell you some hard truth you are not happy.. very interesting..

the penthouse can command $3,800 psf! higher than the normal units!

my one ...cannot even touch $2,000psf yet :(

There are always projects that can lose money but it doesn't represent the entire market.

What's the private property index showing first? That's a more accurate indicator. :o

Must ask those buy before discount given. Imagine chiu buy the same stack one month ago... Agent tell chiu good potential, best development ever, selling fast... Now the late comer grab better deal than chiu.. When want to let go they can let go before chiu due to price advantage...
