So far chui properties will stay chui for a long time. Huat properties will stay huat.

The name already stinky, buy at discount also no use. If own stay go ahead but don't expect to earn alot like those huat properties.

200 units sold before this CNY promotion and borrowing £££ ,must pray both MAS and banks do not ask for top up of mortgage accounts...
I don't know about MAS, but yes the banks could be tempted to do so. Underwater loans are a proper risk.
IMO I don't think we're there yet, but the discount does eat into the computed margins for bank loans. If there is further market trouble actually causing damage to the bank's interests, these loans will likely be the first to receive "attention".

wah those who bought earlier really bang balls siol

local developers prob won't chut this kind of stunt given they are more vested in the long run and reputation matters

cheena developers just want to hit and run! Bad rep
Developers should reduce smaller price say 5 percent ,in several times, iso one huge cut one time.. it catch MAS n banks attention.
Who will buy same developers project are very brave..
