No need to pay if you go to them @ PSA Building (Alexandra Road) or International Plaza (Anson Road). At least that's what I was told when I called them.

Low batt replacement was free for me. I went to International Plaza to exchange recently. But queued for 40-50 min.

Replacement is free if your token runs out of battery. They have a system to check when did you receive your current token. The waiting time at International Plaza can be quite long (more than 30mins) though.

Mine also battery low and I went online and realised there is a Onekey Mobile. Downloaded the app but keep crashing on my iPhone 6s with iOS 11.0.3 Have not been able to try it out.

@#$%, battery died 2 days ago. Now can't access my online trading on PC, can only use hp. So troublesome needs to go down to get a new token. They should just mail it to us as everyone's token battery is gonna die around the same period. I am going to disable 2FA using this stupid key. Use SMS 2FA where option available.

You can called up brokerage service helpline to delink 2FA token and done in sec.
