One Key token low battery

isn't assurity a govt agency or linked to govt? why not give feedback the relevant ministry facebook and enclose these photos showing the unnecessary queues. they probably outsource the battery replacement work to some lowest bid contractor who is not delivering good service.

K I emailed them and they confirm if battery flat replacement is free. But if damaged need pay $15.
Must bring the token to their customer centre and must bring your IC

Mine dead as well. Cannot login. Will call them tomorrow. I can't possibly go down in person during work and wait in queue for this.

Service center open on Sat til 2pm.
Just changed and no queue at all.
5min done already

Just got mine replaced as well. No queue, no fee. Hardly use and i am still not sure why the batt could go flat so easily.

Do take note of the change in address from Mar.

onekey link to CDP account

Hi guys,
I got my replaced onekey last sat. but I am having a problem.

My Prev. token was linked to singpass and CDP previously. Currently, i have no problem with singpass. But i tried to link with CDP and i can't do it. I called them up and their technical team still trying to help me with it. Have anyone here tried to link your replacement token with CDP? I wonder if i am the only one having this problem.

One token change is foc leh. U need to bring ur old token and they will do a free replacement.

however if battery died after warranty, it costs $15 to replace ...

the mobile OneKey (not mobile SingPass) is being decommissioned as well ...

the alternative to SGX CDP is using paper forms to make changes ... very backward

No, SingPass mobile app does not replace OneKey token for SGX/CDP transactions.
