my prediction coming thru... there’s plenty of liquidity in the market, this one $20xxpsf up, not too long ago Clementi (Clavon) one stop down only $15xxpsf

The domestic liquidity is damn real. COVID make people save a lot of money. If we think about it, international tourism $$$ is a huge global industry but that was literally killed off by COVID. So that money is now stuck domestically and seems like Sinkies are using it for investments. Either buy property, stocks/securities or cryptocurrency. That's really what has been driving most of the investment talks for 1 year.

If sold out they can save on future marketing fees also. Optimal pricing is not easy to achieve and predict. As long as its a profit and 100% sold. Just take it. Why would developer want to risk majority of units not being sold out especially when there are talks of CM

80% sold? 4 bedders harder to sell but sales look promising and on track to sell out.
