OP 11 is 4 OS update. So by right should support OOS17.
"The OnePlus 11 receives a strong update commitment of four major Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates, starting from its launch with Android 13, meaning it's set for updates through Android 17 and security patches until around early 2028"
Cool. Another reason to replace my phone battery.
Sent phone to service center. They diagnosed and determine charging port spoilt. No parts had to wait 1-2 months. I took back the phone since I can still slow charge. I paid $100 deposit charging port $50. They will refund balance upon repair.

They wan me to pay now to personal number. I asked for receipt. They wanted to write the remarks on the copy receipt but I refuse and asked them to indicate in system for the deposit to personal number and a copy of the receipt with remarks deposit paid and balance will be refunded.

Kinda weird to pay now to personal number at official oppo service center?
After 1 month oppo finally call me to go down for charging port replacement. I also decided to replace the battery so that it will last another 1-2 years.

$100 for port + battery but as I already paid $100 deposit. No further payment required.

Then 2nd set pay labour+part at full cost coz out of warranty.
