mmmh i was quoted quoted 50$ to replace the battery if the battery have no issue. I would understand it include labor cost. I was told the battery is also change when i collected and left. was only told to give good review and indicate repair took less than an Hour which is true (45min to be exact)
When i left i check the battery health it is now 100% Batt health was 89% previously. I would still change the battery even if need to pay also since it will extend the usage or act as spare phone if i buy a new one.
Especially it is already release notice that OP11 will update to Android 16 in Dec 25.

Got my screen replaced and also change new battery. All within 1 hr. over all good experience. Free Wan Wan cracker to eat. Warranty extended 6mth for the replacement. I am also told the screen issue replacement is up to 4 year. +2 year after warranty end. But need to pay 40$ for repair if over 2 years. Not lifetime but still not too bad compared to some other Sam, cough, Appl cough.

Heating up even when running light load tasks like messaging or surfing net. Battery drain also quite fast compared to before.

The staff still told me got people not happy to still need to pay 40$ as they feel is not their fault even when it is already out of warranty.
I do not know which models is covered under this 4 year 40$ screen replacement for green/pink or any lines . as of now only OP 11. anyone going for repair (same for OP or OPPO) do recommend to call and check before going.

but strangely they nv say to u battery is 1 year no matter what.. for me i went for battery change coz of the health after 2 years, between 80-85% for both, thats why was told battery is 1 year which i dun mind paying for parts, but "argued" that why still gotta pay labour fee when phone itself still under warrenty

Her senior also came to talk to me on the screen replacement and told me about the 40$ replacement for +2 years after warranty end for local set, but mine is still covered by the warranty
I requested the battery replacement to the lady after the document was printed out. The battery change request was handwritten and she told me the battery replacement is 50$ if there is no issue with my battery. i told her to change and is ok to pay for the battery if they find no issue. she never mentioned battery warranty was only 1 year.

thats why, i am not unhappy in general but just telling them at least waive the labour charge since battery replacement is technically part of the phone that users do not have access to unlike in the past where battery is easily user accessible

Battery capacity 92% been using for over 2 years but now can't fast charge. It always connect/disconnect every few secs. I tried different adapter/cables and only slow charger work w/o disconnecting. Not sure what the issues.

Sent phone to service center. They diagnosed and determine charging port spoilt. No parts had to wait 1-2 months. I took back the phone since I can still slow charge. I paid $100 deposit charging port $50. They will refund balance upon repair.

They wan me to pay now to personal number. I asked for receipt. They wanted to write the remarks on the copy receipt but I refuse and asked them to indicate in system for the deposit to personal number and a copy of the receipt with remarks deposit paid and balance will be refunded.

Kinda weird to pay now to personal number at official oppo service center?

1 to 2 mth is crazy. Strange that need extra deposit. U already paid for the parts. U and have very different experience from what I experienced likey because mine was a screen is a more common failure part ba.

If you plan to keep the phone for longer usage suggest to change the battery. It is also 50$ so no refund needed?

I did not pay anything as within warranty. But I did see someone using CC tap and pay

Spouse OP11 green line appears yesterday morning, went service center today.

Replace broken back cover and screen under warranty.

Back cover - $140
Screen - foc
Service charge - $40 (for the back cover replacement)
Total - $180

Another customer came when we do collection, screen green line too. No warranty, pay $40 only, screen is foc

that seller few days ago told me is china rom, can help me install google store.

Shld have come forum earlier to check on review for oneplus 11r China set with indian rom. Also got buy oneplus 11 china set with India rom from another seller which went well, only recent start having green line after 2year plus use. Now trying to use the 11r back but seem like no 1 in sg do rom retification.
