Wow if that is the true pricing isn't that almost double of what the China sets is selling at? I thought the pricing will be even a little below the Oppo FindX9 lol. Guess I'm being too unrealistic

Been lurking here for awhile now after researching dozens of phones to replace my aging Poco F3. Actually really like how the OnePlus 15 looks both specs and appearance wise but if that price point is true I might have to look for alternatives.

One thing to note. I am feeling some strain on my pinkie due to the weight of OP15. If you are someone sensitive to weight of a phone, do take note as well as Find X9 Pro is like 10g heavier due to bigger battery and bigger camera.

If phone is lighter then your threshold, it is definitely bearable if it is 10g heavier. If it reaches your threshold, that 10g will make a hell of a difference

on OP13 now but still decided to try Oppo X9 pro since i value battery life the most , liked colorOS from OP13, should be the same on X9 pro i guess. 120 hz good enough for me , camera wise i think should be about the same as OP15

I used to have OP13, now using find X8 and I have Find X9 pro still in the box.
OxygenOS and ColorOS both the same one leh.

From what we see from the 11.11 vouchers. At best you can use is the $130 off $1K spent voucher. Got to see how much OnePlus will give for their shop vouchers. But typically OnePlus don't give big shop vouchers. My guess at most $100 shop voucher. If so, the price will be around $1089. Which is close to Oppo Find X9 Pro.

To me, Oppo can provide a charger, why can't OnePlus? but still, I will use my multiport charger anyways

Previously the Oneplus 12 launch actually included the 80w charger instead of the 100w charger as free gift.

It's very different to compare a exclusive China Phone to the OP15. I have been daily rocking the OP13T converted to 13S Global ROM. I can say it's a very capable phone for my daily needs. But if you wanna say camera wise, the T series was never great.

But in my few minutes of testing the 15 camera i feel is strong, but I feel there is a lack in confidence I have with it, it falls shorter than the OPPO x9. Especially the telephoto side of things. Some how the rendering or post processing not so good.

Was so looking forward to detailmax engine though

DO NOT compare china pricing with global pricing. It will NEVER happen in global pricing.

Fyi. Really cannot compare China ROM phone vs Global ROM phone pricing.

First and foremost. There is a vast difference when you compare China ROM and Global ROM.

China ROM
- stuck with china version of AI
- google GMS is not working properly
- high chance you have apps giving you delayed notifications.
- a shyt load of paid bloatwares that comes with the phone and most of it can't be used outside china. Hence the price of China ROM phones are generally always cheaper.

Global ROM
- this is where Google Gemini is included.
- almost all the apps comes working with GMS will work.
- selective paid bloatwares are inside.
- they are always generally more expensive outside of china.

So you can never compare China home grown phones vs exporting it out.
