And x9pro best camera. People are gonna be unhappy....

for me, i take this with a pinch of salt.

not going to be unhappy or what, as this is subjective. i never regret changing Find X9 Pro to X300 Pro.

For me, both phones cameras a good. Each in it's own strengths, best if you have the best of both worlds. So it doesn't matter. Some of these tech reviewers are "paid" anyway, if it's not "paid" then it's bias.

Camera quality is really subjective. We see things differently, some like the quality of oppo and some like the quality of vivo. Battery life is another aspect. But one thing i would be strong on is the UI and software, Samsung OneUI is the best, no competition.

To me camera is all good. Till you nit pick on certain criteria the one you prefer.

End day whether you are a all "auto" photographer or you have an eye for photography.

To me confidently I will pick the x300p than x9p in terms of output colour rendition. Their bokeh rendition also another consideration.

Cause first and foremost, coming from my Sony A1 with some of my Zeiss lenses. I dig Zeiss lens and colour rendering output. Which can be found here in the x300p. Never a fan of Hasselblad colour output. So naturally I will go x300p.

one thing i noticed about the tele of the oneplus 15, it somehow does not autofocus when it ends up in the digital zoom area (i.e when it goes beyond the zoom thru the 50MP sensor, if that makes sense). I was trying to zoom and focus on a bicycle's ring and it just doesnt want to focus, same with trying to focus on a pigeon where its whole body is in frame at above 20x zoom
Yes I sort of have this issue also when I tried to zoom, the auto focus like before blur.

Which you like better?
Between X9 pro and X300 pro, I prefer the X9 pro because of the smaller camera bump. Of course the X300 pro photos I personally feel is better, but I don't really take lots of photos. Typically is my wife who is always taking the photos.

On the side note, currently also holding the poco F7 pro/x7 pro, xiaomi 15T pro & Oneplus 13. To be honest, I am fine with hyperOS. Personally there are some things I don't like about hyperOS but there are also some things I don't like about oxygenOS too. So to me both OS are fine. Only OS I don't like is the SHARP phones OS...

Therefore, I always feel poco/xiaomi phones most value for what you paid. Of course those who hate hyperOS will think otherwise.

I never said miui is unusable, but the ads in system apps is really not for me once it's at a certain price point. And it's still too buggy for me that I have to restart the phone much more often. And for me buying phones nowadays is OS and features. I admit I was enticed by Poco F8U, coz of the speakers. But the OS pulled me back. Sharp has no ads, but it's the only launcher I had to find and install another launcher to even start using coz of the stupid app drawer design
