Could someone advise if they finally enabled call recording on the OP15, or is it still not featured?

That's why I rushed to get the Oppo as it has auto call recording. I use the function quite a bit.

The is possible if you have ard 1000+++ Laz coin to offset 10% of the price then add in the discount voucher.

Just like it is possible to get OP15 below 1K but need over 2000 Shopee coins.

The price fake one. Everytime click in price is higher de
It's not fake price. You need to have 10% worth of Lazcoins first. And also, this price is only applicable when you enter from the Lazcoins page. If you enter from any other pages, you wouldn't be able to use 10% worth of Lazcoins.

More than just no esim.

Yes Google play store you can download and use.... But don't come back here and complain....

1. Why no Android Auto?
2. How come my default language is English but still got Chinese?
3. No Gemini
4. No circle to search
5. Delayed notifications on almost a lot of apps.
6. At least 20+ bloatwares.

Don't bother. With 512gb at 900, I rather top up for global rom

On top of what @royfrosty mentioned, if your company is heavily reliant on MDM aka work profile, it is buggy af. U will suffer issues where notifications not coming in despite tweaking all the settings, or some funny bugs here and there.

I did lots of research on this recently as I was considering Chinese variant also. There's a workaround for most of not all of the issues but it's a bit clunky. Another possible option is to flash the Global ROM manually but no one knows if OTA updates works after that. And to top it all off, even to unlock the bootloader(which is needed to flash global ROM) on ColourOS, you need a special app to request permission from OP to do so.

As I said, there are workarounds but it's super time consuming. Biggest disadvantage is the lack of warranty though.

If you are open with all these fiddling, by all means go ahead bro.

I'm too old for all these. It's good for things to work out of the box.

It clearly means you have not done enough research yet.

OTA won't work even if you flashed a global ROM. Cause, the phone in global ROM has an esim function, that alone blocks off the OTA.

Mind you it is an endless battle.....

You unlock bootloader > root, install root modules to get back your mobile signal.

If you maintain rooted, you can get OTA. However, a lot of secured apps might not work properly. Like banking. You might need to hide root for it to work. Some apps are worse. McDonald's detect that you have a bootloader unlocked. It will not work also.

GPay also now go by unlocked bootloader cannot use. Yeah sure you can download integrity play. But that is a cat and mice game. The moment they patch it, you are in for another chase.

I won't use the phone if I have to deal so much on this. If its going to be a play phone, then be my guest.

Yea exactly 10-15 years ago I was happy with all the fiddling. Now I just want a phone to work out of the box lol.

Wow you are really an insider. MDM is very profound.
