Since oneplus is on its way out, is it better to sell OP15 now and get the new oppo phones, or you guys want to stick with it till the final android OS update? I feel that the value is going to drop the more I wait.
I sold my OnePlus 15 when I got the Oppo Find X9 Ultra. Coz my style is only 1 phone each time. But I got strong feel l will go back to get OnePlus 16.

Anyone having issue with apps running in the background? Just about any aops. Camera, launcher, insragram etc etc.

AccuBattery is reporting 34% used in 22 hours screen off. I'm definitely expecting it to be 0-1% per hour or something like 2% every 2-3 hours with screen off. I only set WhatsApp and AccuBattery to run in background and locked in recents but left the rest on Smart and Instagram in restricted background activities.

Even that, when I check In Battery in settings, those apps report up to 9h to 10h in background. Even when I cleared them from Recents. Even Instagram which I set to restricted background is still running. Can this be OnePlus trying to nerf the battery so it's worse than Oppo?

The new update might fix it. I have been hearing that many android phones that still have not received the May security update, seem to have more battery drain as the older update is not as optimised. The pixel 10 phones had this issue and the may security update apparently fixed the battery drain. Oneplus usually includes security updates in its main system update.

Does local oneplus 15 sets allow adding more font styles apart from those available in system?

For context: local oneplus 13 can only use the 4 available font styles in settings.

6.6 OnePlus 15 the lowest price I can see is 989 for 512gb, 895 for 256gb. Still one of e cheapest and cleanest OS with Snapdragon elite Gen5 processor in this period of high flash memory prices.
And 15R is 630 for 256gb and 677 for 512gb

941 is about what I paid in April for the 512GB version too. I got it from another shop on Shopee though, not the official OnePlus store.

Not everyone wait for the lowest. Some would just buy at the listed price so yeah...

so long as its the usual official shops that sell locally distributed sets like redwhitemobile, mistermobile or mobyshop etc wun have any issues with warrenty so whatever shop goes the cheapest would be the best scenario. Normally i would quote the prices i find in the official store coz its definitely the safest store to buy from, coz theres importers selling CN sets that flash to global rom, not that those would have issues with usage, but if theres warrenty issues at least its covered by official Oppo service center at the Cathay
